What should I check in DBPR?

Sign in through the official DBPR website and open the application checklist for the correct application. Look for outstanding requirements and messages asking for information. DBPR's online-services FAQ explains how an open application links to its checklist. Do not interpret the word open as either approval or rejection without checking the application details.

When can I make an exam reservation?

The Division of Real Estate must approve the examination application and communicate eligibility to the testing provider. The official candidate fact sheet explains the authorization step. If you have an approval but cannot schedule, contact DBPR or Pearson with your application or candidate number. We cannot inspect your government application from your 63Hours account.

Check these items before paying for an appointment

• You are looking at your real estate application, not a different professional license or an older application.
• You have addressed any checklist items and read the latest correspondence from DBPR.
• Your name in the testing account matches your identification.
• You have the required course-completion evidence and have checked the current admission instructions.

Booking online is not the same as taking the test online. Pearson's current Florida real estate examination page requires a physical test center. Follow the Florida program's instructions rather than a general online-testing advertisement.

Can I keep studying while I check?

Yes. Use the public practice questions or continue your course. Before booking, read our guide to the steps after the 63-hour course. For the status of your own application, use DBPR's official services. Do not post identification documents, Social Security numbers or private application records in this public discussion.
