Welcome to Florida Listings Real Estate School, the school behind 63Hours. We provide Florida real estate pre-license education with a straightforward goal: make the material easier to understand and make getting started more affordable.

Starting a new career is a big decision. There is unfamiliar terminology to learn, an exam to prepare for, and a busy life to fit studying around. We built 63Hours so you can try the course and work through the material before making a financial commitment.

Study first. Pay after you pass.

You can study the course, complete the chapter quizzes, and take the end-of-course exam without paying upfront. No credit card is required to begin. After you pass the end-of-course exam, you pay the certificate fee. See our Pricing page for the current fee and any available offers.

The school course and its certificate are one part of the licensing process. State application, fingerprinting, and licensing examination fees are separate.

Understand the material, not just the answers.

The course is organized into 20 chapters, with lesson text and audio you can follow as you read. Chapter quizzes explain both correct and incorrect answers, so you can understand the reasoning rather than simply memorize a choice. Return to earlier quizzes for more practice, then use the practice exam to prepare for the end-of-course exam.
