Your Pearson candidate ID follows DBPR's examination-eligibility approval, not simply completion of the course or fingerprint appointment. Those are separate parts of the application process.

DBPR explains the handoff to Pearson: after approving eligibility, it sends the candidate record electronically. The authorization notice identifies the approved examination and provides scheduling information.

1. Check the application itself. Sign in to your DBPR account and look for its current status and any deficiency notice. A course certificate does not show that DBPR has approved every application item.
2. Check the contact details. Confirm the email address on the application, then search the inbox and spam folder for the authorization message.
3. Check the testing program and name. Use Pearson's Florida Real Estate program, not a general account for a different examination. Compare the legal name with your identification and DBPR application.
4. Contact the right organization. Ask DBPR about an application still awaiting approval. If approval is confirmed but the testing record cannot be found, use the contact route on Pearson's Florida Real Estate page.

Have your application reference and approval notice ready for that private conversation. Do not post identity documents or candidate numbers in a public forum, and do not create several accounts or submit another application just to try to trigger an email.
