Why does refreshing a quiz sometimes keep the answer I already checked?

Once you have checked an answer, the current attempt can keep that state so a refresh does not silently erase it. A fresh unanswered visit is handled differently and can draw a new order. To practice again, finish the current attempt and reopen the quiz; refreshing a partly answered attempt is not the same as starting over.
