Florida Listings Real Estate School

You can start studying with 63Hours before deciding whether the course suits you. Chapter 1 and its quiz are open to visitors. Create an account when you are ready to save your progress and continue through the remaining chapters. Studying is free; the certificate payment comes after you pass the school's final exam.

Start with Chapter 1

Open the course introduction and choose Start Free Course. Read the first lesson, try its audio and then open Chapter 1 Quiz. You can answer the questions and see the result before registering. This first chapter gives you a chance to experience the lesson and quiz format before continuing.

Read the explanations as well as the answer labels. The aim is to understand why an option fits, not just to remember which letter you selected. When a term is unfamiliar, return to the lesson and find it in context.

Register to save your progress

After passing the first quiz, use Register to save progress and complete registration in the same browser session. The course can then attach that first pass to your account. An anonymous attempt is temporary: changing browsers or clearing browser data before registering can mean taking that short quiz again.

For later visits, sign in with the same account. Do not create a second account just because you are using another device; it will have separate progress. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on the login page, and check your junk folder for the email.

Work through the chapters in order

The course navigation shows the chapter sequence. Later chapters open as you meet the course's preceding quiz requirements. A locked chapter is not asking you to buy access. It indicates a learning step you still need to complete, or that you need to sign in to the account that holds your progress.

If a chapter remains locked after you believe you have passed, check that the quiz result was submitted and that you are using the right account. Include the chapter name and a screenshot when contacting us; never send your password.

Repeat quizzes to keep practicing

Chapter quizzes are practice, not a one-time opportunity. Reopening a completed chapter quiz starts a fresh practice attempt without removing your recorded pass or closing chapters you have already unlocked. Questions are drawn and ordered randomly, so a question can appear again; random selection does not promise an entirely different set every time.

Use repeated attempts to check your understanding, especially when you can explain both the correct answer and the alternatives. Read the instructions shown before a formal course assessment. The school final exam has its own attempt rules, so it should not be treated as an unlimited chapter-practice quiz.

Understand the certificate payment

The current pricing page lists free course access, quizzes, practice materials and the school final exam. After you pass that final exam, the certificate fee is $175. Any eligible discount and applicable tax are shown at checkout. Certificate access follows the required passing result and successful payment.

The school certificate is not a Florida real estate license. State application, fingerprinting and state licensing examination fees are separate from our certificate fee. Completing the school course does not by itself authorize you to work as a licensed sales associate.

Find a quick explanation or ask for help

Our chapter study guides summarize topics publicly, and the practice question directory lets you explore individual questions. These resources support your study; browsing them does not replace completing the course sequence. For an account or access problem, use the contact form so we can look at your request.
