Not necessarily. The number is configured for each chapter, and a short introductory quiz can differ from later practice quizzes. Follow the question counter shown in your attempt and use the percentage result to judge the score. If the quiz ends unexpectedly or the counter changes mid-attempt, report the chapter and what happened.
