Sales Associates are not bosses

Remember, you work for the Broker. You cannot advertise as if you are a free agent. A sales associate cannot conduct business or advertise solely in their own name. You must always link back to the Brokerage. Licensees who include their personal name in advertisements must use their last name as registered with the DBPR.Selling Your Own Property: If you own a house and want to sell it yourself ("For Sale By Owner"), you can.
