Enjoyment. The Right to Peace and Quiet. This doesn't mean you have the right to throw a loud party. It means you have the legal right to use the property without interference from others or the government.The Legal Term: "Quiet Enjoyment." It means nobody can challenge your ownership. You don't have to worry about a previous owner coming back and saying, "Hey, I still live here."3. Exclusion. This is the right to keep others from entering or using your property. You can put up a "No Trespassing" sign. You can build a fence. You can lock your doors. There are exceptions for law enforcement (with a warrant) or utility workers (who have an easement to check the meter).
