FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
The Real Estate Business
Section 10 of 17
Community Association Manager (CAM): A separate license required for managers of associations with more than 10 units or an annual budget over $100,000. In other words, you can manage a single or multiple properties for different owners, but you can't manage a condo building that has over 10 units, because Real estate licensees are not automatically qualified as CAMs.
