FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
Property Rights
Section 23 of 28
After the tragic condo collapse, Florida made major changes to protect residents and future buyers. Starting July 1, 2023, condominiums with buildings three stories or higher must now be more transparent about the condition of their buildings. These condos are required to provide certain safety and inspection documents—or clearly disclose if the inspections haven’t been completed yet or aren’t required by law.
