FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
Authorized Relationships, Duties, And Disclosure
Section 25 of 31
The timing here is strict. You must get this consent signed before you act as a Transaction Broker. You can't switch roles and then ask for permission later.Usually, you start by giving the Single Agent Notice when you take the listing. Later, if a "double-sided" deal comes up, you present the Transition Notice before showing the house to that specific buyer.Statutory Format: Just like the other disclosures, you cannot write your own note. You must use the exact format and wording required by Florida Statute. This protects the consumer by ensuring they fully understand they are giving up their right to an agent's undivided loyalty in order to get the deal done.
