No. A single agent represents a principal in a fiduciary capacity. A transaction broker provides limited representation without that fiduciary role. Florida presumes transaction brokerage unless single agency or no brokerage relationship is established in writing. Compare the duties, not just the labels, when reading a practice scenario.
