Limited representation does not mean information is unrestricted. Florida's transaction-broker duties include limited confidentiality, unless waived in writing, covering matters such as a seller accepting less or a buyer paying more. Keep that separate from required disclosure of known, non-obvious material residential property facts. They address different kinds of information.
