FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
Violations Of License Law, Penalties And Procedures
Section 7 of 18
If the evidence against you is overwhelming and you know you are going to lose your license anyway, you can choose Voluntary Relinquishment for Permanent Revocation. What it is: You voluntarily hand over your license and agree never to practice real estate again. The Catch: This is treated as if your license was revoked for discipline. It permanently puts you out of business, but it avoids the public embarrassment of a trial.
