FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE COURSE
Types of mortgages
Section 46 of 72
Commercial banks are the largest source of investment funds in the United States. Historically, they focused primarily on short-term business and construction loans rather than long-term home loans. However, in modern real estate, commercial banks have become major players in the residential mortgage market. They offer a wide variety of loans, including conventional mortgages, government-insured FHA loans, and VA-guaranteed loans, in addition to their traditional construction and home equity lines of credit.
