Finally, the law allows for flexibility. You and the client can agree to additional duties in the contract, as long as they don't violate the law. For example, you might agree to water their plants while the house is vacant. However, you cannot agree to take on fiduciary duties (like "Loyalty"), because that would turn you into a Single Agent!
